Simon Bowman Smith
Simon has over 20 years of experience in property maintenance. In 2007, alongside his wife Emma, he founded a Facilities Management company, Xcel Property Services (UK) Ltd. XPS provided Facilities Management and Property Maintenance Services to clients across the UK. Their portfolio included retail, hospitality, distribution, schools and healthcare with clients such as Tesco, McDonalds and Suzuki.
In 2021, after 15 successful years, Simon and Emma sold XPS. In 2025, they finally moved to Lincolnshire, to enjoy a slower pace of life. Simon established SBS Property Services in 2023 and continues to provide no-nonsense, quality property maintenance services to local businesses. He is quality driven, price conscious and reliable.
