Our aim is to be flexible to suit your property needs and budget. Therefore, we offer 3 pricing options
Plan 1 Preventative Maintenance
Schedule a regular visit from SBS Property Services to deal with any jobs you may have and to carry out preventative checks, repairs and maintenance. Weekly or monthly to suit your needs
£250
per day
Plan 2: Day Rate
Any maintenance, repairs or specific job will be surveyed and quoted for, as required. Any works exceeding 6 hours, in any one day, will be invoiced as a Day Rate, as this is more cost effective for you
£300
per day
Plan 3: Hourly Rate
Any maintenance, repairs or specific job will be surveyed and quoted for, as required. Any works not exceeding 6 hours, in any one day, will be invoiced as an hourly Rate, as this is more cost effective for you
£50
per hour
All materials are charged at cost plus 20%, to cover admin, collection time & account facilities
Out of hours work is charged at double time (6pm – 9am M-F, & 24 hrs weekends)
PBH are charged at double time
Travel time is not included within a 30 mile radius of PE25 1
